Cab Services | What type of cabs are provided?

We provide a range of Standard and Deluxe cars along with Vans which can comfortably seat 4 - 15 guests, excluding the driver. Can you guarantee the pick up time?

A strict delivery criteria is imposed on the taxi operators. Pick up time is not guaranteed, however we try to ensure that the driver reaches the pick up address before time. Your feedback is essential to ensure high quality standards are provided.Do let us know if the driver reaches late at your specified address by sending an email

Key service delivery criteria for the cab driver include:

About cars | What is the booking lead time required to get an assured taxi?

Reservation can be made up to 12 hours before the the time of commencement of your journey. It is advisable to book as early as possible to ensure you get the vehicle of your choice. All efforts will be made to accommodate your choice of vehicle if your reservation is received within 12 hours of departure.

Can you guarantee that the car on the voucher is the car I am going to receive?

Kesarisutha, like all car rental companies, can not guarantee a specific car make or model. We do however make all efforts to provide you the vehicle of your choice.

Tax & Tolls | How are the various toll and parking fees calculated?

Toll tax, parking charges and state taxes are charged as per actual at the end of the journey. Please settle this with the driver in return for the relevant receipts.

Our packages are inclusive of all of the above mentioned taxes. You do not need to pay these taxes if you have booked our package.

Our Booking Policy | What are the payment methods available to me?

Advance Deposit - An Advance Deposit of 10% of the estimated cost of the total trip/package can be deposited online transfer or UPI.

You can also send us the payment through a Demand Draft in favour But as technology advances DD and Cheques has lost its value.

Cash to Driver: Final Payment (Cash or UPI only) has to be made to the driver at the end of the trip.

Please do give us your email address at the time of booking. We will email you the bill after the trip.

Charges and Cancellation | How are the rates calculated?

Outstation travel rates are applicable on per day basis starting at 12:00am. Extra day charge is applicable if the return is after midnight. Local travel rates are based on 8 hour/80km scheme. Distance and time is calculated from Garage to Garage.

What is the fare that I will be charged?

There are fixed rates per km for each car type. The total fare charged includes the rate per km multiplied by the distance traveled plus driver charges and applicable taxes/charges (toll tax, parking charges and state taxes). Minimum of 300km in Bengaluru per day or actual, whichever is higher, is charged.

Packages are all inclusive for the trip and the days specified. You can increase the duration of your package if you so desire. Please inform us well in advance

Can I cancel a booking made?

Our system of handling bookings is automated and once your journey is confirmed by our Customer Service Center, a cab is assigned to report to you.

We do understand that sometimes, plans change and you may need to cancel a booking. Please tell us as early as possible about your booking that needs to be cancelled. We can avoid a cab reporting to you, when you don't need it.

Cancellation can be done by calling us

In case the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the pick-up time, no penalty will be charged.

In case the booking is cancelled 24-48 hours before the pick-up time, 50% of the advance deposited will be deducted as penalty and the rest will be refunded.

In case the booking is cancelled 0-24 hours before the pick-up time, 100% of the advance deposit will be charged as penalty.

What happens if I have a change in travel plan during my trip?

Please feel free to contact us for any modifications that you intend to make during your journey. We will rework your new itinerary and advise the cost of the same.
